LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE ACADEMIC VALIDATION.
My life has been a journey of working hard in school because I'm not naturally smart. I really want to do well academically, and it can be exhausting to hope for improvement every day. The pressure I put on myself to study is tough because I can't rely on being naturally bright. I have to study harder than most.
A lot of the time, I pretend not to care, but the truth is, I do care a lot. The fear of not doing well is always there. I study all the time, but it feels like it's never enough. It can be a struggle that never seems to end.
But when I step back and think about it, without my academic achievements, I sometimes feel like I'm worth nothing. It's easy to think that way when I'm not doing well in school. But the truth is, my value isn't just about grades. I'm more than that. I'm a person who keeps trying, who doesn't give up. I'm determined and strong, even if my grades aren't perfect. So, I'm not worthless, even if I struggle academically.
We're students, yes, but we're also artists, athletes, dreamers, and friends. Academic validation matters, but it's only part of our story. It doesn't define our worth.
We're unique individuals with passions and talents waiting to be explored. Education is important, but it's not the sole measure of our identity.
So, let's seek excellence in our studies, but let's also remember to take care of our dreams, relationships, and personal growth. We are so much more than our academic achievements.
How about you who are you without your academic achievements? How do you define yourself?
Wishing for more academic achievements of yours!
